Protect Card like cash. Card not valid for use until purchased and activated. Purchase, use or acceptance of Card constitutes acceptance of Terms. Usable up to remaining Card balance to purchase goods or services at Lakayremedies.com. Not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law. Card does not expire or incur fees. If lost, stolen or damaged, Card will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Issuer is not responsible for use of Card without authorization. GIFT CARDS

1. Gift Card Purchase

You can purchase a LAKAY REMEDIES Gift Card at lakayremedies.com. LAKAY REMEDIES eGift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100 and $125, have no expiration date.

Purchasers of LAKAY REMEDIES eGift Cards are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address for the recipient during the purchase and checkout process on lakayremedies.com. Refunds will not be made for eGift Card purchases sent to an incorrect, invalid or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser. Lakay Remedies is not responsible if the eGift card is lost or redeemed by an incorrect recipient.

2. Gift Card Redemption

Lakay Remedies eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise at www.lakayremedies.com and They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

To redeem a Lakay Remedies Gift Card on Lakayremedies.com, enter your Gift Card number at the Payment step during the Checkout process. Only one eGift Card can be redeemed per online order.

The value of your order amount plus any sales tax, shipping & handling fees, and any other charges will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the Lakay Remedies eGift Card. If the amount of the order exceeds the available balance on the eGift Card, the recipient will need to pay for the balance of the order via other acceptable means of tender.

3. Returns

You may not return or cancel your Lakay Remedies eGift Card after it is received.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Lakay Remedies eGift Cards should be treated like cash and safeguarded accordingly. If lost eGift Cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase. If stolen eGift Card will not be replaced.
