Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical mailing address at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, depending on order volume.

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations based on our carriers' coverage. At checkout, you'll see whether we can ship to your location.

Are your products safe?

Yes, our products are made with natural and organic ingredients and go through testing and research before being sold.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use, as allergic reactions are still possible even with natural products.

Where are your products made?

Some of our specialty products, including male enhancements, are handmade in Haiti by a trained Haitian doctor.
Other products are formulated in the United States, using ingredients sourced from around the world to ensure potency and quality.

Yes, results are typically noticeable within 3–4 weeks. Continued use supports enhanced girth, length, and vascularity.
Some customers may see slower results, depending on consistency and body response.

Can I have sex while using these products?

Yes, but do not apply the product immediately before sex.

How often should I use Gres Cacao, Bave Bèf, or Gres Koulèv?

Apply once a day, five times per week. Take two rest days to allow your body to recover.
For best results, apply at night before bed, when your body is in recovery mode.
