Protect your Lakay Remedies Gift Card like cash. By purchasing, using, or accepting this card, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Card Use & Balance

• Valid only at www.lakayremedies.com.
• Usable for purchases up to the remaining card balance.
• Not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• No expiration date and no service or dormancy fees.
• Balance inquiries and any updated terms can be found on our website or by calling (561) 568-9934.

2. Card Activation & Purchase

• Cards must be purchased and activated to be valid.
• Available denominations: $25, $50, $100, and $125.
• eGift Cards are delivered via email. Please ensure the recipient’s email is accurate before completing your purchase.
• We are not responsible for cards sent to an incorrect or undeliverable email address provided during checkout.
• No refunds will be given for errors in email delivery caused by the purchaser.

3. Redemption

• Redeemable only at www.lakayremedies.com.
• Enter the Gift Card number during the Payment step at checkout.
• One eGift Card may be used per transaction.
• If your order total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

4. Returns & Cancellations

• Gift Card purchases are final.
• eGift Cards cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded after delivery.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat your eGift Card like cash.
• Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, unless you provide proof of purchase.
• Lakay Remedies is not responsible for unauthorized use.
