Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, which includes bubble wrap, shrink wrap, instructions, and intact materials. If the product is free from defects, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received. Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@lakayremedies.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to return your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5433 Trevor Cir 102 West Palm Beach FL 34417.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any queries or uncertainties regarding the eligibility of your specific item for return, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any products ordered that have not yet been processed or packed in our ordering system by contacting us via email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund, including shipping costs, minus the applicable processing fees. Please note that once a shipping email confirmation has been sent, orders cannot be canceled.
To ensure successful cancellation, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order, as we strive to process orders promptly. Orders utilizing the "Buy Now & Pay Later" option are subject to a 6% processing fee, which will not be refunded if the order is canceled. For all other orders, a 4% processing fee will be charged upon cancellation, reflecting the fees incurred in processing your order.
Verifying Shipping Address is correct:
By proceeding with my order, I confirm that I have thoroughly verified my shipping address and ensured its accuracy. I understand that any errors made in inputting my name, address, or other relevant information may result in additional processing or shipping charges.
Post Orders & Discounts
I agree that I am aware that no discounts or changes can be made to my order after my products have been processed and/or shipped. By proceeding with my order, I understand that no discounts or modifications can be applied to my order once it has been processed and/or shipped
