If your order is attempted but not successfully submitted or ultimately canceled, your bank may place a temporary hold on the funds.

• This is not a charge.
• It’s a pending authorization in case your order is processed.
• The hold will automatically expire within your bank’s standard timeframe (usually 5–7 business days).

🚫 Fully Canceled Orders

• If your entire order is canceled:
  • The temporary hold will also expire automatically.
  • If you used a Lakay Remedies Gift Card, funds will be returned to the card immediately upon cancellation.

🔐 Security & Billing Verification

For your protection:

• Orders cannot be completed unless your billing address, expiration date, and CVV/security code match your bank’s records.
• We do not store your security code for privacy and fraud prevention.

🧾 Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax is calculated based on:

• Product type
• Shipping destination
• Shipping origin

You will see an estimated tax during checkout.
