How to Use
Hot Chocolate
Use 1 Ball
Ingredients
4 cups Water
2 cups Evaporated Milk
Cinnamon Stick/ Star Anise/Nutmeg
1 Cocoa Ball
Sugar (sweeten to taste)
Method
1. Put the cocoa ball and cinnamon, star anise, grated nutmeg in four cups of water ( you can grate the cocoa ball first if you want).
2. Bring to a boil and let the cocoa ball melt.
3. When water is reduced to approximately 2 cups strain the mixture and then add the 2 cups of evaporated milk, and sugar and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes uncovered.
4. Pour into a cup and Enjoy! Can be drunk with a slice of bread.
